JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager 2 C- _9 }0 ^: R% L. s
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT
$ o1 ?- F- O- {& z5 o# z/ V3 q# Ppolicies. Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.4 G& ]3 e) t! y3 j

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/ o7 R) h! l2 e" v. g4 B) _0 D
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age
2 s D4 B3 Y# f( ]and are University affiliated.

! K7 Z: j% R( X- J0 p2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free 0 ^1 I) ?) _, N- w+ _
of garbage.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

QUALIFICATIONS; Y( x, n \+ b
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety
, e/ h; {% A k, Q, Sof patrons and/or possible negative situations. To be able to work , v. U* p& S+ M. ^$ O
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.# K9 G v/ G# Y. X- O

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.4 m8 ?2 O4 P K/ n: ^9 p
