DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
3 m! M/ p5 r" A8 `) v- B7 a+ J* T6 ppolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
7 G9 R. f- I2 \and are University affiliated.

2 l2 [. S$ f  N( d2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
* ^2 [9 }$ }7 R: j3 q
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.
7 R3 ^1 j/ q- ^' `
/ w- h" [7 I0 [1 H! y2 \: H4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
- M7 t! f. i9 g3 Q* J7 e7 X2 mManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
$ ~. b( t5 A) |4 _* ]5 [; G; ?3 m1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
2 ^$ s/ A+ e! S7 g: m. Hof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

8 u: j) l1 o) Q6 ?- j3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
