1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 20002 n; s* V% S* ~, f; c$ C/ e
; F) F- W# r: d, y+ q2 H2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.- a1 n1 f. `, P

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.( `6 o, ?8 E/ S

adequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations

minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday, ( N1 W" i7 K) a' O) C. Y5 m6 u
from the first working day after nominations close until the last day

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during 3 ~' B7 B5 x" m: E' o5 [

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting

13) To submit to Students' Council, prior to April 30, a final report 0 v0 ^1 d8 k9 g

of campaigning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course + T6 _9 v, \9 A, I8 E0 B6 N! Q8 w! b& E
for each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students' * o) S. l: p; S. F( N3 N% k2 Q* }' g
Union member.
+ p2 \ R& q% g9 U1 l: E
) @5 M8 I e: @& F% n6 Y2) Must have some experience in student elections.

5 F" b( i% Z5 ?! ^3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or

with the Students' Union.
