* |. e, }6 {1 C1 V1 qJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
5 r- |- d8 K# R' D# [assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
, i! @& p2 N& j& `0 f* W' B$ h) `1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

7 u" _2 X/ l5 ?+ x. Q. ~2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
/ p# b9 R3 D3 F6 p0 N1 A0 K
6 X- X' V* y& K1 v3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.
& N4 T& Q; w. e  w
4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
. P. }0 d# Y7 F( Iwork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
+ c3 J7 x" N( e" }) koperating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

; a  h7 g/ z+ ]- }$ X( r6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

/ k- E9 \; C; }& ?0 h; N2 HQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.
' y3 A2 m1 p! ?  y8 s8 Z
2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

, Z$ X# o* u, n( K; n3 {( A3) Cashier experience.
% N4 Y6 x+ A+ V% n# x7 X
7 j5 v4 e1 b3 P4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

; i0 N& `' V. e! B# F/ V* f0 Q6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
