. w5 [$ s# X6 ~- Z6 ~" Y7 U( mOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
9 j, v' i: n/ t$ ~1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
. a: v3 ^. _2 Hfood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
: n8 p( \1 H) H7 ~4 q2 H  Q0 farea.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
. s  U- Z: J+ ^" A2 Iclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

0 E" g5 J! L6 K; O' W' d7 t2 Z, i$ W3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services

9 g! [2 n/ F$ y/ i8 g! g) Y! q  I  IQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

  G3 G2 a: n; c* \8 }1 S  q2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

/ r' f( @* |+ E% R- z3) Cashier experience.
% J4 D5 T0 W: R. m
  B! k' M) c5 d( t) o4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

/ |' o6 G9 V' {) F2 K5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
