JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

' p  z$ Q- o  ~8 E# j, FDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
8 H- k& L6 M! v! Y( X1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
& ?( @6 L& l+ v) N% u- SRetail in the training of part time staff

2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements
! h$ y2 y. R7 U$ |" m, {- F" Z9 X
3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
  _9 @: F& P2 @$ ?0 bRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
' y2 o! f0 G2 S$ o  ~various shifts as per store hours

/ A8 f3 g9 e+ Q7 z* g. ~( i5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
* S( j% G9 `' ]2 Y8 h1 @/ b6 s* yorders for external custom order clients
9 t3 m) c; y( i: O! w- e
6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

/ {+ A: B+ W; P# U5 J. l% |7)             Provide a high level of customer service
3 V' z4 ]$ p. a6 C8 X0 K$ G
8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

+ C, K) C/ U" U$ g9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the

' @( v) ~# H, `: Q$ i1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
7 H0 z; }; M% d2 Z3 D$ u! }1 L- E
1 R" F. K% d, ?+ n' k1 Q( N. N- x: D) @2)             Post secondary education would be an asset
" q" h" [: L$ A7 C+ |& Z! O
5 ^  [& I2 g6 S3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills

9)             Experience in handling cash

Shift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
