远方朋友发来的几个问题：

我是新移民, 十二月初到Edmonton, 现在在准备去后申请学校的材料, 但有一事不明, 我已从原毕业学校开好本科, 研究生的成绩单, 毕业证, 学位证, 盖好学校的公章. 但有人告诉我还要到公证处公证和北京认证, 我在网上查到还有人说不要在国内办公证(加拿大不承认), 要到加后在办. 我究竟应不应该在国内办公证呢? 都哪些材料需要办? 还有毕业证书和学位证原件是不是应该带在身边呢? 盼回复, 谢谢!

when i applied universities  here, I have to have my transcripts and other documents mailed by the chinese university from which i got my chinese degrees and sent directly to the university applied.  They always ask you to do so. This is only my experience and I sugguest you to visit university website to find information of admission over there.

但是在来之前成绩都是在北京的时候公证好了的
这边也认了
但是我不知道的是是不是必须在北京公证
