JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
# X2 F% [; y( i0 pOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
' Z8 p; \  z. @# l7 r+ S
7 C+ h0 W2 ~3 O8 H. YDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
9 S0 q* H7 D# ^, ~% I% w
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
8 s- i; j. {$ g4 ?Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
5 B: K6 w8 K6 @  ]deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
2 K& C4 T/ v; U6 |% O7 Q
9 i" K% N7 e& O/ O" R( J# A6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
7 {! ]) Y7 `7 n& Nshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
  I5 A: \! c" X. W) \Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

% e2 Y8 \; g) R, [) s' L+ I& i6 ?5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
