: [" ]/ v% E5 t4 N  sOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
! u: J6 G0 Y2 h5 G- ^
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
& ?3 r$ |5 z) }
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
- K/ P2 n0 H9 N* i, p8 `
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
4 o6 M7 q9 P+ e$ m& `
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
( l+ K7 C* J( n! Q0 `deliveries.
2 t* k# I0 D, K& ^6 t& i
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

" l8 V5 w% d& _6 g9 R' U" y6 b6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

& {3 Y0 h6 I9 d- v0 n7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
( V+ U, k: y) }Manager.

/ J, C8 `( \+ f$ \% kQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

9 l) n2 E# y+ {' Z# d* o* l2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
