请教如何自己建车库

刚买了房子,可是没有车库, 不知哪位曾经自己建过车库,或有这方面经验的, 诚心请教.先谢谢了!

应该先申请licence吧。然后找个builder,这东西自己指定弄不了。最好请教一下子你的经纪人。

buy a kit from homedepot. If you are building a two-car garage. You need at least two men  to do the frame,  take about 2 days if work full time. You need 2 weeks (parttime) to finish window, shingle, siding and paint.

1.Concrete  Foundation:
a.land Flating: Need roller and pressor and get earth compaction index to civil technical requirement
" o' U/ I# e+ Sb.Footings: need about 16"x8"footing reinforced with 3-15M steel Rebar continuously and 15M transverse rebar at 12" spacing
+ [6 K+ @- _7 I( }* k7 I, d0 Sc. Concrete wall: about 8" wide by 36" heigh reinfored with 15M vertical rebar at 12" spacing and 3-15M horizontal rebar
, i' X% J1 |+ [+ v1 m2 U. rd. Slab: about 5"-6" slab reinforced with 10M rebar at 12" spacing each way
e. order concrete mix from Lafarge or Inland concrete ready mix
f.pour concrete first footing, wall and last slab.

& J2 X# a' ^) \1 G' fAfter 3days later (better 7days) you can start framing with wood and dry wall, and insulatin materials

- ]  L+ Q& r' T, q! rAll of them you need have roughly design and sketch. Estimate materials.

For side framing you need 9' heigh spacing at 3'-5'.

Then you can naill compacted wood compound(1.5" to 2") to the wall framing, and to the roof (1")
Last you can order asphalt shingle.

所有的licence都去 edmonton.ca 查找。  进去输入关键词也许可以找到。

今天去TOTEM看PACKAGE才知道TOTEM已经被RONA收购了，TOTEM和HOMEDEPOT的PACKAGE价格都要7000多，不知他们何时会有DISCOUNT，我要9月份搬家。谢谢回复。
