' Q: V: O& t" @( P5 IAudience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

" z& l+ ?4 W6 a$ _7 gBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
# Z- }2 \: W; M2 F( o1 rwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft5 @ H' S; y' x P, V1 L
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.. Y) M/ E7 f" D; m
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the/ H7 [8 b" C7 s+ Z$ [: f
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.* y. w, C8 H" M9 U8 q
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for! \* f s& ^0 e- G
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
" c0 }& b3 m3 v; z' I6 W# j y. Rrecyclables.
1 C; b5 X% H& G }. mFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be% m7 @$ ?# O8 O1 x: f# V
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.7 C% l: V6 X O' B
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
+ N7 e4 q# C' V: ithem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late; E9 E6 m3 u: G( B" o
hours are part of this crew’s duties.- i! L4 i1 w- _ A3 \* z
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the" a: r) M+ _2 `3 a
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
* Q" ?+ c. R ?6 U4 X7 t6 rprograms to visitors to the festival.% i Q' k7 R# z- F( V: V3 Q
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for" G* Y' c$ }. a" e
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.0 k9 o( w8 u7 q( }: _$ K
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed6 Y( ]. [2 D4 Z; V
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the1 M$ _) V" L& A$ @- P- M7 j
festival.: G6 `$ V S# S, i
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is6 I/ {& \. n; A& `6 K4 b
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
@/ \/ m% V+ s2 e1 A6 ~/ ^8 ~* Lare physically fit and ready for any emergency.* z( Q+ [6 f4 C: c: Y" b
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training: v! X% k) o- O1 l" R( I/ R
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
( Y$ A4 b+ d" `- f" kTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be: a! Y' m( i9 P( N
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as' |# N4 e9 W& ]/ I2 L# P3 F0 C! ], {
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival7 F0 Y2 l8 n1 \! ]3 a9 ^
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
