0 \+ O. o4 r* `4 j! e8 B* r8 oBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
7 [( `. a6 i& S. l& Gwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft4 }6 f" Q: ]' D4 N; K6 W
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.( @# {( R% K6 h3 @
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the. E/ W# d& X9 f3 E7 @6 {
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.: ^4 Q9 X0 ^+ w. M' `
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for# ^. q) r3 D- u+ `
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
" j9 F- }. j. _( I1 B( v5 \+ ?recyclables.
9 j/ p) O& H: `Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be) z4 l+ \1 {% d
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.1 B) A! @5 b% `9 g' `, S
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
& a) [+ B8 s" C7 y( Tthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
5 Y: t! A4 _6 a: p2 ~hours are part of this crew’s duties.% V6 U) X# R/ I7 C! g1 E- p0 @% h: m
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
% L; L5 o! ?5 c {: N& I# T8 vfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
7 g# V4 e" A) l/ x! i3 l1 ~9 zprograms to visitors to the festival.
* \# B' ?$ t3 i7 y* @1 ~Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for( [. K% u, F) D' B
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.( L1 v, V# Z+ r' j
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed/ Z8 e6 R i: U* B
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

! |- A2 \4 ~" K, X/ o% k" `operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you

Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training# k* x* ?0 `# V: T! A8 p
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
v7 A6 w0 k3 dTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be, C. @) y' F7 J4 U9 W
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
* b! z6 X# E* T/ v) P2 Aairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
