Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
0 ]8 J, q0 T0 K: Twork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
% N6 L# y/ d/ ~* C- fprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.6 q, H& `/ L# s1 p6 k
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
) U5 C7 V3 E2 g _# P( Y8 Lartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.6 ?* B3 a! z7 w9 G: L$ R& d
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
2 `' t( J# o% bvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be) h$ i: N9 a1 A) l( t/ q
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
& }9 ~2 |% {7 y3 W2 i0 l f2 ?Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
6 w9 {: P9 c0 w) E% H2 h- j$ p+ Zthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late

Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
. L( U3 B7 r% Kfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
3 h2 C2 f' @7 ]8 Y8 aprograms to visitors to the festival.
9 k& i. E7 t* {, s1 ZKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
0 X0 v1 N6 A/ |4 X1 [" Deveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
) G+ S9 M3 b6 j+ ?+ f2 hOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed$ f! m/ k1 u b) Z2 p0 a' }1 P# s. |
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the
! T: S0 K0 E% z) B( q( qfestival.
; k; O, P* u9 U, PSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is7 j; ?- g* J) i) m
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you( v+ x/ \- p/ _5 T& `
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.& S( _3 E; [ H/ `. l
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
2 C% w) I3 q* p5 n4 land/or understanding of back stage procedures.
5 b/ J0 ]& t: BTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
4 G! i* ^& d3 n4 l0 V9 Drequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
8 y7 b% f0 W% u2 ]% Y! S; D& Vairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
' b6 v6 R K a0 v) T! R f# ]staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
