Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

" S- B/ V1 D0 q% P$ L& \2 g" rBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and$ n' v1 _/ e2 H4 C! q
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft+ }" {! N/ Y) _8 ?
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.2 x4 E1 N# f# e, L" c+ |" \
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the1 \/ k! {. L* p3 q P$ f0 N, x# w
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.3 q4 y* R k8 i# l3 d: z' X* Z, X
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for* u) m$ ?9 r0 w, E0 v
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
' c- k( N. E& {5 mrecyclables.
' O9 Y. G+ }+ K Q0 m; dFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be3 c3 S, m, i. F4 S4 M
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
/ K" ^7 J$ I/ e3 B# I+ Q/ R& JHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
5 ]- w' }) E9 q. D [0 kthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
$ [( g6 ~" \$ X, @& y0 Thours are part of this crew’s duties.) t& Q3 `$ @" t% K
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
2 l- d4 V* B8 U. i: U6 xfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
$ [' {6 E! \' P' }" m1 s3 E2 jprograms to visitors to the festival.6 }$ |9 H5 j8 g) ]% U% O
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
4 k4 Y) V" N9 @1 xeveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
" o4 S! d& y& `* u9 A& Y6 KOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed& ?4 B* q6 C# D
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the. s% F) S' ~- }/ |2 b2 ]0 _" a# z
festival.. Y+ L$ b: O6 S# U
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
; ]; }8 _! h4 N6 C, loperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you9 H2 V5 H, a+ b9 \8 u
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.; G; G" F3 ~; _! R
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training; r9 K" K) B' B0 n9 ^2 [
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
8 B1 d) @4 Y% e1 G# G$ }( KTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be3 i- O' b$ }" O$ f6 w: t& G
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as5 \8 D2 z q- V- e3 z/ _, b
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
; I2 j: t- q4 `, x4 j; Z* m+ Q/ [staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
