Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and- Q! b( J- o: k I3 b2 ^. t
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
0 r% q# S3 ?* s5 }9 Q3 xprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.* F$ _2 |5 f" {5 R* M$ I
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
. N/ ~# m, d8 a* C- f9 Tartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.9 [! x; O0 E. i' }; T0 i- Q
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for+ U* c4 L0 I) }
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the, {; X, b6 R$ [; _, \
recyclables.
% Y* W+ o) s0 g9 u jFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be3 X# @0 N1 S+ q; [( H3 [
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.7 m- j' u+ v) k6 v) Y1 G* I
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing0 T/ q3 l3 j' q3 j1 b
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
5 m( H: {3 q1 j, I( uhours are part of this crew’s duties.

$ a1 _/ r& e) e$ e3 i. |festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide" l* {" t" C& B9 C

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for: e6 w- u7 f, g
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.# O& b7 Q4 @' q$ |
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
8 U7 O: s! x6 l8 S, B) ^6 u% }/ zevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

. \9 N- u5 D1 e b+ ~6 PSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
( T& Y8 Y2 v; A/ s9 t; [operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you4 Z0 Q* f7 h/ n$ @
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.1 d; y% n" S+ A
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
, h ^& |* e$ aand/or understanding of back stage procedures." |3 N6 e- E- D3 D5 S
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
" z1 m/ i% x4 |% t B0 zrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
1 g) K! K1 _( p4 j( Hairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
* `, ]- Z/ l/ Y4 v+ ostaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
