4 k/ I9 J3 t0 M! Zexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
0 _$ K% P: j" d3 m: E8 t! s& jcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
+ U2 [+ \( v+ A) Q) wjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

+ T! H+ Z# X' RYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
* L1 L2 }9 F& _  Y! s9 p# Pservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
% ^0 Y2 A$ p6 ]- Pindependently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

/ k1 P! ]3 j1 i, X( |5 \) B% g# Mconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
