Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
9 w" h8 s7 `1 d+ B$ Bexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
coaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
6 P4 R1 }2 w& xjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

, |2 _7 `1 [  R7 R1 rYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
) B' `2 s, P% \* z4 x$ cservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
5 H. B6 q& \: dunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
