Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
) A3 ~2 v: g0 \  G+ R3 ?2 ?to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
1 _5 j' g" }, Z8 Pcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
- \5 S3 G: b, J" N0 J% @% i& d" Y1 Kjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

3 p0 w  T, [4 c  A& JYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
  r- h9 d* }8 B+ H8 vservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
) d- B' l5 c- qrelated HRMIS software.


- ?- Z& B1 G  ~Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
. I3 f! }9 d* cconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
