Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
5 }- z% E3 v3 w5 }" fgroup in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

2 ?0 u7 c7 ]# \As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
* I, K, U$ M( {3 Yassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
" E( C6 A6 r* A2 n3 dgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
6 |4 X( H( \  A9 `process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
9 r0 s; }( G- O9 zwork within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
