As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
, d  O- V  C* X6 k# @9 K2 {, yassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
3 O3 B! s; V, r  |+ daddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
( Y0 }4 o6 W4 U# k6 C0 Cprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
" R' W, h! ~7 D+ _. A& f3 _2 Jassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

work within the TRA Division.

+ e1 Q( C7 }5 WQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
& a  J) R; u& dsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
