JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- $ {$ X4 X% M% X& F# d, q
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical - l9 `( K. a I3 y' I
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
' K- f V' H6 v! Y8 _8 @of Course Pack production.9 t \8 S- L% C' [- a% Z p+ @

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* K7 ?( o8 u' }. a1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
# P5 j7 k; W5 d, o; rof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
5 L6 L* P+ K: v( H% O9 i1 I8 ?9 @; ^
- G: S, g' q& A2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
2 ^) w5 P$ B4 d2 Z }4 Zprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

' n4 C8 _2 c% G0 S( D/ F3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 8 O3 D% Z* S) }5 y+ X4 _! T
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
5 }7 ^( Z1 U1 [ w7 a6 X) ~keeping appropriate and accurate records.

- K& v% [1 ~6 ` Y* e6 r, A8 X5 N4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
# z5 H/ p0 b; w7 D3 o6 c& Mfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

skills.
