JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
* O2 _$ U; k4 ~3 R! O3 m, iof Course Pack production.& B6 P9 C f- ^
& b3 v' t/ I, X h& B' I7 G; ]! xDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- [6 n _* [; ^1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ! y! A4 a$ v& h: f) S
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.) F0 F2 N$ Q0 T3 o: X7 |
& c; F" S' V7 W( P2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
" `; R# K3 j+ O! o5 G2 Rprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
# i- l( m( h, d! W3 Z" ~& `9 q6 W5 Ecourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
5 ^& U& e3 U0 J3 _* R6 y& m0 l E8 Rkeeping appropriate and accurate records.8 Z6 U% C& U( ]' [9 H: c2 r3 ^

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 0 O4 N! `+ I9 N |2 D2 d

QUALIFICATIONS:$ Y% m/ w. K/ |7 J2 Q* D# n
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
! H" j* V, ?2 G4 f2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication - V; @# ^0 L% `) N2 c( o
skills.* d# A9 L3 F2 ?# |" w
$ _3 Q/ K5 e$ Y* x6 j9 o7 N
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
